Since the opening in June 1985 of our Alpha States Kita project in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, we have developed and extended our Alpha Series apartments according to the needs of the area, making us a leader in apartment construction in western Japan.
Apartment building construction forms the core of Anabuki Kosan’s business division.
Real Estate Solutions

We strive to make our real estate solutions business clearly reflect our corporate stance of challenging the infinite possibilities of real estate while constantly creating new value.
As the various facets of real estate become more and more diverse, we will collect relevant information and use it in a variety of ways to revitalize existing local real estate. We will provide high-value-added services by utilizing the comprehensive capabilities and unique asset management schemes of the Anabuki Group, in both sales and planning, such as collaboration with condominium-related businesses, security, and preparing proposals for the effective use of company-owned real estate.
Apartment Complex Investment Services

We acquire used apartment buildings through two different schemes, and then own and manage them accordingly.
1. We acquire an apartment building currently being rented (owner change)
2. We acquire the apartment from the owner and then have the owner continue to live in it as a renter (leaseback). After the tenant moves out, we renovate the apartment and sell it on the used market.
We have offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka.
