On 1 October 2016, Anabuki Accounting Center was established, becoming the 11th company created within the Anabuki Housing Group, which is the largest apartment managing company in western Japan.
We can make up invoices for administrative expenses to be sent to apartment owners or residents, and use our own special accounting system to prepare the management union's monthly balance statement and annual account settlement.
About 70% of the employees are women, and we have special maternity leave and childcare leave systems which allow shorter working days and more flexible hours, creating a workplace where women can work comfortably.
We believe that an environment which is comfortable for each employee will naturally provide the best services to our customers.
Billing Services (Creation of invoices for management fees, etc.)
At the beginning of each month, we will check the payment transfer against the invoice issued the previous month, check the automatic transfer amount, and clear the deposit.
After that, we will process any change instructions for the billing of the current month, and then issue invoices to the owner and lessee.
Monthly Tasks (Creating and checking balance sheets and income statements, etc.)
Every month, we check the management association's bankbook, input the monthly financial movements into the system, and print out balance sheets and
income statements.
We carefully check the balances and account items of the printed balance sheets and income statements, and deliver them to the management association.
